What you need to bring depends on the class, the dishes being prepared and the facilities available at the venue.
Some venues may have limited kitchen equipment, particularly for larger groups. Participants may therefore be asked to bring a few basic items, such as a chopping board, kitchen knife and apron.
It is also recommended to bring a reusable food container for any leftovers you would like to take home.
Any specific requirements will be communicated before the class, so you can come prepared and enjoy the experience!

Each class explores different aspects of Southeast Asian cooking, from understanding ingredients and their cultural significance to practising traditional preparation and cooking techniques. The focus is on practical skills, sensory learning and discovering the stories behind the food.

It depends on the type of session.
Cooking Classes: Most classes include recipes to take home. Some sessions focus on learning through hands-on practice, where recipes and techniques are explained during the class, and participants are encouraged to take their own notes.
Social Cooking: These are more relaxed, informal experiences with partial participation in food preparation. The focus is on enjoying the cooking process, discovering ingredients and sharing a meal together rather than following structured recipes. Therefore, recipes are not provided.
